Shipping Policy

At Nōpalli, we take great care in ensuring that every bottle of our cactus fruit juice reaches you fresh, secure, and on time.

We currently ship across the continental United States and are expanding soon to include Alaska, Hawaii, and select international regions.

 

Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Please note: processing times may extend slightly during holidays or new product launches.

 

 

Shipping Options

 

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available for select regions.

  • Local Pickup (Indiana region only): Free — available at select community markets and partner locations. (More info at checkout.)

 

 

Sustainability Commitment

We use recyclable packaging and biodegradable fillers to reduce our carbon footprint. Please recycle your bottles or return them to participating collection points where available.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because Nōpalli juice is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns once it has shipped.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us — so if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

 

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

You may request a replacement or refund if:

 

  • Your package arrived damaged or leaking.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your product was missing from the order.

 

 

To start a return or replacement request:

 

  1. Email support@drinknopalli.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our customer support team will respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue.

 

 

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
